DO YOU GUARANTEE THE REMOVAL OF ALL SPOTS OR STAINS ON MY CARPET?
A: We cannot guarantee that all stains or spots on the carpet will be removed. Certain substances have the ability to stain carpet fibers permanently. Additional influences include the type of carpet fibers and the carpet’s age. The expert will try to determine if this is the case before beginning the cleaning, but they may not be able to do so before attempting to remove the stains. There are no refunds once the service has been rendered. We do NOT offer refunds.
HOW LONG WILL MY CARPET CLEANING TAKE?
A: Each room will take about 10-20 minutes on average. This time may depend on the amount of furniture to be moved, the state of the carpet, and any spot removal treatments needed.
DOES YOUR CLEANING PROCESS LEAVE RESIDUE BEHIND?
No. We use a cleaning procedure that removes filth, stains, and odors safely and without leaving any residue.
DO YOU MOVE MY FURNITURE WHEN YOU CLEAN MY CARPET?
A: Certainly. We don’t charge for moving furniture, and we’re fully qualified to do it. After the cleaning is completed, we’ll return everything to its proper place on protective padding. Remove any electronics, houseplants, lamps, and knickknacks from your furnishings. The majority of furniture that can be safely carried will be transferred. We will not transfer pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, mattresses, dressers with mirrors, pool tables, and other items.
SHOULD I VACUUM MY CARPET BEFORE MY CARPET CLEANING?
A: Vacuuming is recommended for optimal results and is required in high-traffic areas. If necessary, the cleaning crew can vacuum the cleaning area ahead of time.
HOW SOON CAN MY CARPET BE WALKED ON?
A: A freshly cleaned carpet can be walked on straight away if there is little traffic. However, attempt to keep off the carpet for at least 3 hours to get the greatest results.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY CARPET TO DRY AFTER MY CARPET CLEANING?
A: Dry time is influenced by humidity, temperature, and air movement to the spot. The carpet can take anywhere from 5 to 8 hours to completely dry, depending on the circumstances. In any rooms that have been cleaned, fans are used, and your air conditioning or heating system is turned on (depending on the season). These things will assist in accelerating the drying process. Please maintain the protective blocks beneath your furniture legs and any upholstered item paper in place until your carpet and/or furniture are completely dry to avoid color transfer. After your carpet has been cleaned, you can walk on it straight away. We recommend that you wear rubber-soled shoes, slippers, or sandals with a clean sole. When stepping from damp, carpeted areas to non-carpeted areas, use extra caution to avoid slipping.
